PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (PDPA) CUSTOMER CONSENT FORM

Your privacy is important to us.

This Personal Data Protection Policy sets out how Inter Great Employment Pte Ltd (UEN:201334042G)  together with its affiliates, business partners and service providers (collectively referred to herein as “The Organisation”, “our”) comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”).

By signing this consent form, you agree that The Organisation may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in the application form, or (if applicable) obtained by The Organisation as a result of processing your application to provide the requested products or services, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy:

  1. Processing my application for and providing me with the services and products of The Organisation as well as services and products by external providers;
  2. Administering and/or managing my relationship and/or accounts) with The Organisation
  3. Override my registration on the Do Not Call Registry, if applicable.
  4. Applies to Singapore Telephone numbers under my name in The Organisation ‘s records including new telephone numbers that I may provide or update The Organisation from time to time.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

The Organisation implements stringent measures to secure and protect your information. These include:

  1. Safeguards to prevent security breaches in our network and database systems
  2. Limits on access to information in our systems and the systems of our business partners and vendors
  3. Strict verification processes to prevent unauthorised access to information

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organisation does not represent or guarantee that the service hosting, computers and data storage that your confidential information resides will be free from attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security intrusion, and the receiving party disclaims any liability relating thereto. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE ORGANISATION AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES.
